1. Grant of Rights

A non-exclusive, unlimited, lifetime license is granted for the use of the beat in any type of musical, audiovisual, or commercial production.

2. Permitted Uses

• Commercial release and monetization without limit on plays or sales.
• Unlimited free or paid downloads.
• Unlimited music videos.
• Digital and physical distribution without territorial or time restrictions.
• No limit on public performances or broadcasts.

3. Monetization and Royalties

The Artist receives 100% of the income and royalties derived from the Work, with no additional payments or Producer participation required.

4. Ownership and Credits

The Producer retains copyright of the beat.
The Artist is not required to mention production credits.

5. Warranties

The beat is completely original and free of third-party elements.

6. No Refund

Payment for the license is non-refundable.
Breach of the agreement entitles the Producer to revoke the license and withdraw the usage rights.

7. Claims

Any copyright claim or mistaken identification must be reported to yombolmusic@gmail.com.
The license will be verified and, if applicable, resolved immediately or disputed.

8. Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Colombia.
