1. Grant of Exclusive Rights

The Producer grants the Artist an exclusive, unlimited, and perpetual license for the full use of the beat.
Once this license is acquired, the beat will be removed from the store and can no longer be sold or licensed to third parties.

2. Permitted Uses

• Unlimited creation and release of works.
• Sales, downloads, streams, and videos without restriction.
• Full monetization on all existing or future platforms and media.
• No limits on time, territory, or number of uses.

3. Monetization and Royalties

The Artist receives 100% of the income, royalties, and benefits generated by the derivative work.
No additional payments or shared rights with the Producer are required.

4. Ownership

The Producer retains authorship of the original beat but waives all future exploitation, reserving only moral credit.

5. Credits

Credit to the Producer is optional.

6. Warranties and Originality

The beat is original, free of claims or third-party material.

7. No Refund

Payment for this license is non-refundable.
Any breach will allow the Producer to terminate the license, returning all rights to the beat.

8. Claims

If any copyright claim or conflict arises on digital platforms, the Artist must contact yombolmusic@gmail.com providing the purchase email to resolve it immediately.

9. Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Colombia.
