1. Grant of Rights

The Producer grants a non-exclusive, unlimited, and permanent license to use the beat in musical, visual, or commercial works without restriction.

2. Permitted Uses

• Unlimited commercial releases.
• Worldwide distribution without limits.
• Full monetization (streaming, sales, syncs).
• Music videos and live performances without restrictions.
• Free modification of the beat (tempo, structure, key).

3. Monetization and Royalties

The Artist retains 100% of royalties, income, and exploitation rights.
No additional payments are owed to the Producer.

4. Beat Ownership

The Producer remains the copyright holder of the beat and may continue licensing it.

5. Credits and Warranty

Credit to the Producer is optional.
All beats are fully original and contain no third-party material.

6. No Refund

This license is non-refundable.
Breach by the Artist voids the license and rights revert to the Producer.

7. Claims

If any copyright claim or automatic identification arises, the Artist must write to yombolmusic@gmail.com with the purchase email; the case will be reviewed and resolved.

8. Jurisdiction

Governed by the laws of Colombia.
