1. Grant of Rights

Upon payment, the Producer grants the Artist a non-exclusive, unlimited, lifetime license to use the mentioned beat for the purpose of creating recordings, songs, or derivative performances (“the Work”).
The Artist may distribute, sell, and monetize the Work commercially or promotionally, without limits on sales, downloads, streams, or public performances.

2. Permitted Uses

• Unlimited digital and physical releases.
• Upload to streaming platforms, digital stores, and social media.
• Unlimited music videos.
• Unlimited live performances or public broadcasts.
• No geographic or time restrictions.

3. Monetization and Royalties

The Artist retains 100% of royalties and income generated by the Work.
No further payment, Producer participation, or registration with collective management societies is required.

4. Beat Ownership

The Producer retains ownership of the copyright of the beat and may continue licensing it to other artists.

5. Credits

The Artist is not required to include the credit “Produced by Yombol Music,” although they may do so voluntarily.

6. Warranties

All Yombol Music beats are original and contain no third-party material that infringes copyright.

7. No Refund

Payment for this license is non-refundable.
If the Artist breaches the terms of the agreement, the Producer may terminate the license, and any further use will be considered infringement.

8. Claims

In case of a copyright claim or conflict on digital platforms, the Artist may contact yombolmusic@gmail.com, providing the purchase email to verify and resolve the claim.

9. Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the laws of Colombia.
